Great, but whats new in that? Apart from the brainwashed chaps like you, who else in the world puts trust in the words of a totalitarian state like China?

For an organization expert in selling itself, the CCP sure sucked at this one. The DL may be a skilled poker player but he ain't no terrorist. He doesn't think like a terrorist. As I stated before, if the CCP thinks what's happening in Tibet is terrorism, then they are screwed royally when it comes to a real war. It's a damned riot, not car bombs.

Because China knows that the West have nightmares about a China breakup. As much platitude as Western capitals may give the DL, none of them are interested in helping him seperate Tibet from China. That is a nightmare no one can afford.

From a purely cultural viewpoint China has just declared itself the enemy of every western liberal in the world including those who thus far couldn't have cared less about Tibet or the Olympics. You could say 'so what', but think about M21Sniper's soccer mums for a while. |
