I disagree. It hands out very specific benefits to very specific individuals. It's not like roads or bridges where there are no specific targets. Build a road. Who is it for? Everyone. Are there different benefits for different people? No. You go from point A to point B.

Health care is very specific. I don't get maternaty benefits. Someone might get more than others. Someone might never have prostate cancer. Someone might get breast cancer treatment. All very targetted and specific benefits. That's not general.

Police, firefighter are funded by local tax dollars. If they're not, they should be. I shouldn't have to pay for law enforcement problems half way across the nation. Nor do I expect someone else to pick up my tab.

Local governments should pay for their own roads. The feds at most should only pay for big interstate highways as it deals with interstate commerce, a section specifically covered by the constitution.

The constitution never said we have a right to free healthcare.
