Al Gore

Well done to Al Gore for having the balls to stand up and declare that the USA is the main stumbling block on agreement to climate change rules .

Right or wrong , he had the balls to do it .

Guts, indeed. Especially how Bush has turned this country into a virtual copy of the Third Reich. It takes a very brave man and a principled man to stand up to the media blackout of anything that doesn't toe the line of the Bushitler regime.

Sorry. Al Gore and his hunt for manbearpig just put me in a sarcastic mood.

He could be like Kevin Rudd PM of Australia and sign the Kyoto agreement while backpeddling and saying we don't want to enforce targets yet.

What a putz. That man doesn't stand for anything.

You noticed that. After a meaningless signature on Kyoto, he's making exactly the same objections as Russia, Canada, Britain and of course the great Satan. He gets a hero's welcome, Al Gore says Americas the problem. I now understand more clearly why Gore failed what was considered a certainty over the 2000 election.

That election was disputed.

And there was skulduggery!

Sir,
Gore's recount, if he had won the court case, still had him losing.

There's always skulduggery Ray, but Gore had a big lead and blew it, he snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
There's no way in the world we'd have learnt about hanging chads if the rest of the country hadn't been so close.

Wind bag he may be, but if he smells a $400 billion a year business opportunity and it looks like it may be stalled, I bet criticism of any country including the US will roll off his tongue like butter from a hot knife.

Cheers.

Sure. The Nobel Peace Prize has become a joke, assuming there was a time when it was taken seriously. It's simply a "Leftist Approved" label with a lot of zeroes tacked on.

We can safely say that it wasn't a noble prize, just the compromised Nobel Prize award.
