The movie "Enemy of the State" had me really thinking about the government survelliance system. Especially since I was at the time working for space systems.
Then of course there are the sickos that plant survelliance cameras in everything including public toilets. Saw an episode on Law & Order that had me hesitant about even going into a public restroom.

Of course the cameras are used for other purposes, i suspect that the zoom functions are tested to the limit to get a sharp view of teenagers giving each other a quick knee trembler in a bush shelter ..... |

Im happy to see this sort of thing. Hopefully it will help get the fair-use internet bill passed (if they ever try to pass it again). Cant remember the actual name of the act... |

***** n o o k y, hmmm is it some sort of racist insult or something?
I actually liked the camers in the UK as stated before. I also love how those wonderful things capture faces of ******* crooks and next thing you know the entire UK is on lockdown mode manhunt. Like that old man who found that killer in the bushes and called the cops. |

I have no quarms in cctv cammeras being used in major cities, there laready plastered in every shop, so what difference does it make if there in a street monitoring..??? you can easily be traced with or without cameras. Im not planning to rob, or do a terorist act, so have nothing to hide....when I do mind is when they are invading my privacy in my own home..!! In london it has helped to trace back footsteps of certain activities, The roll out for cctv is being done all over the world. Anyhow your a military man..... there always ways around these things |
