Mexico has an Air Force?

I guess we are testing top secret air craft south of the boarder...

or maybe another country is. Is there any other country that is in the spy plain busness these days?

Interesting anyway.. Israel had a ufo sighting once a day for a while. Was it their own or would we test there or Russia maybe?
