And US intel capabilities get better all the time, though I doubt NK's capabilities do. The better US intel gets, the more and more artillery and assets in general can be destroyed by surprise US airstrikes, CAS and TLAMs, not to mention the slower but more thorough sweep of a ground invasion. You can imagine how effective A-10s and AC-130s will be against those pieces, as they were in the Gulf War against Iraqi assets, once Wild Weasels have disabled NK's air defence systems.

That is predicated upon an active attitude upon the US's part, of course, as Confed999 pointed out.

If Kim initiates something out of the blue, there's not a lot we can do other than take the great expense of somehow getting all South Koreans to live in artillery-proof bunkers... but that's a given.

Fine, if you don't think using him as an example is the same thing, whatever.
We have a Republic here, and the election went exactly the way the law says it should go. Anyone who doesn't know that, hasn't even tried to figure it out.

That is a weak argument. Yes, in theory, we have a perfect system. However, there is a great amount of room for malfeasance. I keep open the possibility that the election was at least partially corrupt. I'm looking online for a very good Harper's magazine article some time ago that apparently uncovered Republican foul play in Ohio in 2004.

The fact is, our government is corrupt and politicians are the last people that have the motivation to act honorably.

He says it was a stolen election. The law says it wasn't. He, and you, may disagree with that law, but there it is anyway. Try to change it if you don't like it.

Name one with more than 2 people involved, any where in the wrold, ever, that wasn't.
I just want him, or anyone, to come up with something that hasn't been discussed here, and already proven/disproven, to motivate me to figure out what's real.
