Second guy reminds me of Daniel Craig.
The best views of the ship come at 2:50ish. Navy dudes should tell us more but comparing to wiki pictures it looks like a Type 22 frigate. Not quite as professional as YouTube - Women of CVN 76 USS Ronald Reagan though.
