Favourite freaks
I hasten to add I love freaks as my definition of freak is someone who does something so peculiar as to enlarge my view of humanity and the world we inhabit.
Thus Liebnitz can be a freak, and so can this guy, bless him.

I call bull on the pingpong video. At least some part of it. Several places the pingpong ball takes a very strange hop into the cup. The best one I can see is at 3:41 mark. The ball all of a sudden lost forward momentum and dropped straight down into the cup.

This is improv jazz pianist Keith Jarrett playing in Tokyo, an amazing and anal freak. He'll stop mid-phrase and waltz off stage at a sneeze or cough from the crowd. He gets into a trance just before performing, and I guess he can't recover if someone cracks his focus.

A teacher in my school is an idiot savant who has such a grasp of math it's amazing. He is socially retarded in that he is extremely awkward during a conversation, has nervous twitches and is generally weird. He made formula (without a pen and paper) at the age of 4 to determine the day of the week of any date of any year off the top of his head. He can do complicated math in his head that one would have trouble doing with a pen and paper. A master in his art.
