skirts....ha ha i am in office and i cant control my laughter.

Thats the casual dress over here and we call in kaili (pronounced kyli) or lunghi.

The elephant in that picture is one of our female elephants,we have taken the contract from the local tourism development board to conduct elephant safaris there.The name of the elephant is Subhadra.

Thats called sholayar,its around 100 km away from cochin,that around 2 -3 hours.Its basically where u will get a chance to see lot of wild elephants.

Wild elephants in that area are non bothered kind unlike the ones that is seen in northern Kerala.

LOL, yeah, but there are some nice chutes leading down from there which I could have easily skied at the time, problem is there is no 'out', one mistake and you slide into a crevasse, just not my cup of tea.
