    TimeTable of Withdrawal

    Does the United States have a planned date for the withdrawal of troops from Iraq and if so what is the date?

    Could someone please explain how troops adopting a new non combat role in Iraq now that Obama has been elected president affect the cost of the war as compared to combat operations undertaken by soldiers?
