    With some things no matter what you do you cannot get the best for your men, through the military or through civvie ways. Bloody infuriating, but everyone worth their salt does their best to try and ensure those under them have the best you can realistically get. You may not always succeed but you have to try.

    Things are a lot better these days, but thats not to say that there isn't room for improvement.
