I don't know, I haven't actually read the report. But the National Post reported when the Manly Report came out that he was in favour of the mission being extended past 2009. I took the NP at their word on that point. Its very possible that the report is substantially saying the same thing that Gen. Hillier has been saying. But without reading it I can't say for 100%.

But the important thing to remember here is that thanks to the Liberals the mission will now be extended to 2011.
