Is it ? Well, if it's the truth why don't we see more suicide-bombers ? Cowardice means the choice of the easy way, I think. And if it is so easy, I would expect to see columns of volunteers walking through Iraq's and Afghanistan's borders and more, more intensive bomb attacks against foreign troops.

"Brainwashed" may be only a few of the muslims. But a few of millions, that still makes a lot of people.

Kabul, April 22: Afghani police say gunmen have kidnapped one Indian road construction workers and a taxi driver in western Afghanistan.

Police spokesman Abdul Rauf Ahmadi says the Indian was abducted on Monday in Herat province as he was travelling on the main highway towards Kabul.

Ahmadi says police are searching for the man, but have made no arrests. There have been a series of attacks on Indian road construction workers in the region.

On April 12, a suicide attacker blew himself up next to an Indian road crew, killing two Indian workers and their Afghan driver.

Not necessarily a coward, but probably a very desperate or fanatical individual. A lot of Palestinian kids were raised to believe that martyrdom by suicide bombing is the most honorable thing they can hope to achieve in their lives. And often financial incentives are added to sweeten the pot.
