    That is correct. The story is that on the earlier (like 658, 659) projects there were 400mm tubes that were used for torpedoes and countermeasures. Starting from 667 project they were solely dedicated to countermeasures.
    Then in later projects 533mm were used to launch countermeasures, but that was considered a bad decision, that is why new separate launchers appeared again. Btw they are not called "torpedo tubes" anywhere, and located too high in the hull. So it looks like they are not reloadable.

    It's a sensor of the "SOKS" - system of detecting a wake of passed ships.

    Allows to follow ships or submarines outside of their accoustic detection range.
