I think that might be rather out of date the INS Vikramaditya as we have now seen pics of her in the water and looking rather more complete.
You might have already seen these.
First, from Google Earth of Severodvinsk: INS Vikramaditya being refitted. Note the distance from the hull to the water.
Next, from corlobe.tk: the new SSBN of the Borei class, the Yury Dolgorukiy.

One is only as good as the tools available.......but my main point was how far it was out of the water, how far the water was away during the refit. Granted, they got it back in but in appearance, that is still rather impressive.
