I have a question. At 2:00 mark of the clip, there's a red Sea Dart like object outside the control room. It wasn't there before. What was it and where did it come from?

Maybe an immediate load from magazine to make sure dangerous remains from the exploded missile are ejected from the launch rail? Or something like that?

    Gun,
It appears as though the system fed a dummy round into the launcher just after the mishap. Those onboard should be rather thankfull those blast doors below the first mishap closed as expected before the dummy was brought up from underneath the opposing blast doors. It could have been fatal had those doors not closed exposing an alley down below.

It also appears as though the launcher had a problem letting loose the dart. The problem seems more clearer as you see the launcher adjust. It is rather short and violent suggesting a problem with either the hydraulics or the motor/gear interaction in the ranging where as normally it would be less violent and much more smooth in operation.
