On the one hand, I appreciate Rusty's efforts. On the other, it's a damned shame to let those butter cookies to goto waste.

Superb work Rusty! Whilst failing to answer this question, you've definitely answered my other, namely do butter cookies fly

Is there going to be a problem with Fish & Game about feeding unauthorized butter cookies to the wildlife on a federal reservation?

Pier Echo is no longer under Federal or Navy control. The only control was that during the hearings for reuse of the shipyard and base property was that Congress passed a ruling (not a law) that any property used for the Department of Defense cannot be used or leased to COSCO (China Ocean Shipping Company - a communist owned business).

The site is now run by Hajin, a Korean company. EPA is a little hesitant in bothering them because they haven't figured out which Korea owns Hajin.

Typical of a government agency.
