    so a Mig 29 would take out an Eagle in a dogfight, but whether that Yugoslav Mig 29 would make it off the ground is uncertain.
    No American military official has ever said such a thing and the MiG-29 would lose in a Dog Fight. The record not only shows this but so does reality. The F-15 has a better view out the back, better avionics, better pilots, and of course more reliable and acurate missiles. The MiG-29 requires you to fill 900 switches(over exagerated) were in the F-15 all you can get a missile away a lot quicker.
