Bahria Town's the leading Housing Society (in terms of quick development) in Pakistan. A similar town's almost complete in Islamabad... They're also being termed as Asia's largest Housing Societies. There are about 18 in development in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Gawadar, Gujrat).

Bahria Karachi's just starting off. Bahria guy I think must be the richest man in Pakistan (just a guess). I think he donated some $15Mn or something (some cash and mostly reconstruction supplies), ranking him the second largest contributor after this Indian woman. Bahria Towns aren't the most advanced towns in construction in Pakistan, but I like them for their ability to meet deadlines and beat them too. My favourite is Karachi Creek City, which is leading the construction in Karachi but thats a huuge Project, my guess is, it'd be done by 2008.

Its the best time in Pakistan to be in the construction field. Especially since the investors and designers are pouring in from all over, like UAE, Qatar, Saudi, England, American, Japan and even India.

Check this out, this building will probably be South Asia's largest building when its done (Just guessing that the Port Tower's going to take a lot of time)... It's designed by this Indian Canadian guy... darn can't remember his name.

This recently became the tallest building in Pakistan:

And of course Port Tower's going to be one of the top 10 tallest in the world.

Umm Mehboob and Tariq, you're in the wrong place, you won't get any sales done here.

But if you may, please share with us the price of a 10 Marla plot file on SectorC.

I'm sorry the pictures aren't loading up. The site is down for a while, which hosted all these pictures. I went down there myself to snap them! Man its a beautiful place and it keep growing. I posted these pictures in Jan I think and by now the town has doubled!

Posting pix about Pakistan(with that upk label if you want) is allright, but you really have to cease advertising private companies on WAB.Somebody pays for WAB....not Bahria Inc.

Look they are already buying and selling here...come on!
