    Flags of Our Fathers

Anyone seen this movie yet? I watched it last night and it made me tear up in about 4 places. One of the best war movies ever made and a good adaptation of an excellent book.

I saw it this afternoon. I got to trade remarks about the movie with a young Marine with his arm in a brace. He was taking advantage of "limited duty" by going to the movies. Great movie.

Oh i bet he was ballin' a couple times.

There are some seriously emotional scenes in that movie.

The one where they wont serve the indian- this famous 'war hero' who is trying to save the war effort on a bond drive he wants no parts of, after basically giving away his sanity on Iwo Jima...

    Profound.
