Why not just compare the indian air force to some tiny island carribbean nation?

Ok, I'm going to pretend this is real, I will say that Indian air force is stronger(more combat aircraft, better equipment, and more money), although I know very little(nothing) about the Libyan military.

Who the hell cares since neither will ever see each other in combat with their current toys. Lybia with toy planes will dominate Lybian skies and thumb their noses at the InAF ... since the InAF ain't a single bit interested in flying over there.

Unless Gaddafi comes up with one of his wacko theories that Pakistanis and Lybians are somehow brothers and Lybia must help out in whatever way.

Although I must admit the Man Made river project is an impressive engineering and social feat.
