HAL/IAI to offer ALH to US Army for LUH Program?
http://www.shephard.co.uk/Rotorhub/D...e-7ec0daebbedb
From the article. "As part of the examination of market potential in the US, efforts are underway to cooperate with US industries, so as to try and penetrate the important LUH Light Utility Helicopter program for the US Army." They would have to find a U.S. manufacturing partner and probably complete the work on T800 integration, but this could be interesting. Between the Bell 210, Eurocopter 145, Agusta 109, and the ALH, I have to say the ALH is the most capable of the bunch.

The odds are okay if they're US built, non existent if they're indian built. Unfortunately, I just found out that AgustaWestland has decided to enter the AB139 instead of the A109. I'd have to say that the AB139 is pretty much a lock for the contract.
