Post Phantom F4 ejector seats

Hi all
I am wondering if anyone out there would have any info on the Martin Baker ejector seats fitted to Phantom F4's in USMC/USAF//USN in South East Asia pre 1972. I would most like to know the difference in capabilites after the Mk 4 and 5 were upgraded to the Mk 6 and 7. If you would know the minimum speed and altitude for operation that would be a plus.
