Not a big deal. I work in acquisition and my program just executed a major test....which the same office said was at high risk and not executable. Turned out DOD lacked the specific expertise to effectively evaluate our system because they were basing on old business practices and we use totally new ones.

It all comes out...and this does not mean a program is at risk of cancellation. On the contrary this is very normal in DOD acquisition.
