Anyone have any details on the currently flying Sea Furies engine conversions from Centaurus to Wright R-3350? How it was done,etc.
There was one of these in Seattle for a while, guy by the name of Denny Sanders. He moved it down to california some years back and did the restoration and engine conversion. You can try contacting him, I imagine he would be glad to answer any questions you have.

Thanks, but i'm just curious, thought someone here might know something. I wonder if there's any new unused Centaurus's wrapped up in grease paper lurking around the world!!
