Really Sensitive data isn`t networked or shouldn`t be, not ever. The top/ultra secret stuff is always got to by people on the inside shipping it out.
I wouldn`t worry unless someone has been extremely careless, in which case they should be brought to task. The Chinese have been doing this for years, as have we.
