No one comes close to the raptor for atleast 20 years...

Having programmes is a different matter...Even we have the MCA project which is apparently a stealth fighter, but it can never com close to the raptor..

Raptor is the ultimate !!

Well, I think by 2020 China could come out with a stealth fighter on par with TODAY's F-22A, but by then Raptor would have evolved a lot more advanced. So the gap will always be there, just how much China could reduce it.

Not even 0.0001% of it happening. J-XX is what its called i think. I think it can match the PAK-FA cause its not done yet. F-22 is on a level higher. Its done and by the time the J-XX comes out. The F-22 would be even better. Maybe it would be a Super Raptor or even better. A T-Rex!

I'm afraid I'm echoing everyone else. Do you mean the current Raptor or the Raptor of 2020?

The Raptor of 2005 is somewhat plausible and if China was very lucky, but by the time we see the JXX (I wonder what the 601 proposal looks like, word on the street is that it was chosen over 611.), the Raptor will probably have laser missile defense systems and all sorts of things that we haven't even dreamed of yet.
