Well good. I'm glad they are pushing for more of them.

I wouldn't say none. The chances aren't very high but congress is pressing to let Japan and Israel, to buy exported versions if they buy 100+. That doesn't mean that the senate will pass the bill, and all the other factors that come into play. But Japan/Israel wouldn't be my first choice on the list to sell to, but there the ones who want it the most and want a good amount of them. Selling 200 F-22s would bring down the production cost a great amount. Thus we would be able to buy more, it has its +-. The chances are 10% that they will even allow a (exported) version to leave the floors of Lockheed.

    It's a conditional "none."

We might see Japan with F-22 in about 20 to 25 years.

In 20-25 years , I would expect the USAF to dump F/A-22 and fly

A slight redesign for export would incur extra R&D, and in any case I seriously doubt Japan and Israel together would buy 200 F-22s. Proportionate to the US Air Force's budget scales Japan would buy at most 50, and Israel at most 25. And that's in a dreamland.
