    If a nation's contribution to the struggle of freedom of the world is measured by the number of dead soldiers, then Russia has had the most of all nations during WorldWar II against Nazism. If a nation during this war was acting as an evasive neutral, declared the war against the axis forces, after the Nazi's collapse, just a day before the Yalta Conference of 8 Feb. 1945 to become eligible member of the then days U.N. starting organized and etc..
    Can it be tolerated nowdays by international community, UN, USA, EU?
    I think no, because it still is a trouble maker and a violator of International Law.
