Everyone can learn lessons from someone else, including the west.

You make search engines too? Wow!

I have a suggestion though, I think the PLA would be much more powerful if China invested in some good graphic arts training for high school students. Also, you might want to stop using balloons for mobile missiles, something solid would look more realistic. Maybe bamboo?

I for one agree. I am no photoshop expert as you are, but I know this can be done, and disinformation is just as important as secrecy. Both give an adversary a distorted concept of the reality they face. These guys are liars, the plane doesn't exist, and this photo is fake and they could have done better than this. It's kind of insulting, but perhaps this is just for lay person consumption.

Oh, and I almost forgot; I come in peace too! (until you piss me off, and then I'll nuke your ass)

Everyone's just jealous because it's Chinese and possibly in the same class of the F-22. What about that photograph of them on the assembly line? Is that photoshopped as well? BS....and when its really flying I'm sure everyone will say its just a UAV!!!

Welcome to the board. Be prepared for some good arguements in here though. Just don't take any personaly or you'll feel insulted and angry as some on here are witty and opinionated which can be a frustating combination.

An achievement may be a sight for sore eyes, but I think you got to come to terms of reality sometime. Its rediculuous how no one trusts their eyes, or maybe everyone's just myopic.

With the advent of cheap, widely available Photoshop software, of course no-one immediately trusts their eyes.

Thats the thing, with cheap, pirated, virused and copied software in places like China, they don't work well enough to produce images like that. Besides you don't even use Photoshop for images like that, you use CAD based ones, like Pro-E, etc.

Anyway any pilot would be able to tell, thats a photograph - 100%, internet geeks and computer nerds won't.

Adobe Photoshop 7.0 is quite, quite easily got, and it doesn't have to be in China, either. There are plenty of Russian and Chinese fanboys spread throughout the world - like you.

Sure you do. Switch around a few numbers, touch up a few shadows, etc. As if LimeWire won't provide you with a top-of-the-line CAD program anyway.

Internet geeks and computer nerds, what, like you?

Since you talk about professionals, shall I invite intelligence officer Bluesman to this thread?

And if we can get this software, then what do you think the national means of China or any other major power is capable of? Probably more than anything we can photoshop. I would be dissapointed if it were anything less! Disinformation is a tool, as I can suspect Capt Drunk is. You CAN'T believe everything you see on the internet. You are a fool if you do, and the really classified stuff you will never see.

Have you ever seen movies like Lord of the Rings? Spiderman? Superman Returns? How about Stealth? Things in there look realistic. Don't they?

A hell of a lot more realistic than these low-grade pics, that's for sure. We have at least 3 different versions of the same pic on this thread, and CD still thinks it's the real thing, lol.
