The thread starter posted a picture of the Type 052c frigate. (is it a destroyer? I keep calling it frigate)

Highsea posted a picture of another Type 052c pulled off Sinodefense.

I noticed they are the same picture.

So we're asking why the different number?

The Colonel said "Adobe is the biggest arms manufacturer in China." And we just proved it again.

    RE: China PLA,have a look

Thank you for the pictures wangrui961. Is Iran working with the PRC on stealth aircraft. One of the pictures "J -14 1" looks very similar to the Iranian stealth.
Also, nice pictures of the PLAN's aegis type destroyer "#170" & "171".

    Lol, you're welcome wangrui961.

You make search engines too? Wow!

I have a suggestion though, I think the PLA would be much more powerful if China invested in some good graphic arts training for high school students. Also, you might want to stop using balloons for mobile missiles, something solid would look more realistic. Maybe bamboo?

    I come in peace.

The PLA would have so much more credibility if these internet kiddies would stop trying to BS so much.

If these BS is done on official orders, then the PLA has more to worry about than their lack of credibility.

    Thank you, Sir.

I was sceptical, 2 launches in one year of a ship of that class, from the same yard seemed a little unbelievable.

You don't even need to go that far. Just look at the pixilation distortion around the '171' where they've used the smear tool after they've pasted clean hull over the old number. Bloody amateurs.

    Marketing is selling weapons.
They need money for killing machines so they make photos and then show it to goverment and party.
Sometimes(manytimes in China) it leak to press. Of course that year is ficional.
    wangrui961
you said 2010, no way maybe 2020.
It isnt easy to build stealth fighter. You guys have problems with licence production of Su-27, how do you expect to build F-22 competitor in two years?
P.S. that smaller stealth fighter (China F-35) is copy of Russian Vityaz 2000 prototype which fly in 2000. You guys only lower engine on that photo.

But dont underestimate China it is going forward very fast.

Now wait a second here, maybe we can make the US navy the 1000 ship fleet we allways wanted!!! 40 carriers, 460 Burke DDGs, and maybe we could photoshop a new supercruiser; a cross between a Kirov, Iowa, and Ticonderoga! LOL.
Two can play at that game.

Iowa armor, Kirov antiship systems and Ticonderoga air-defence.
    Sound very bad.
P.S. instead of Sunburn Titan missile(6+Mach,400km range) full titanium it was even expencive for Soviet union which had 90% TI production.
    But that ship would rock&roll.

Wangrui961, you'll have to forgive the members here at World Affairs Board.

They are accustomed to seeing picture after picture of PLA equipment that is fake, computer-generated, altered, airbrushed, Photoshopped, wishful thinking and just plain silly.

I'm sure you wouldn't post such pictures, would you?
