It's an Ilyushin Il-102 that also has an impressive tail gun, but can't be seen in this pic.

Surprisingly, its very recent said to enter service in 1982 as a Ground-Attack fighter. Ilyushin's last-ditch attempt to design a jet-powered successor to their famous wartime IL-2 'Shturmovik'. You can read about it :

Nope, never been in the military, nor done intel work of any kind as a civilian contractor.

I'm more of what you'd call an open-source amateur intel type.
Hence my referring to The Sword And The Shield.

It's quite amazing how much is out there to be had by anybody.
