No you aren't .. and -that- is the problem.

Stealth great for bombers/strike. The F-117 has been retired for a bit now [Balkans SA-4 or SA-6 shoot down]. But bad for fighters that must maneuver. Having said that the F-22 is THE most agile manned stealth aircraft ever!
Wrong. Stealth is great for Air to Air fighters, because the enemy fighters CANNOT PUT WEAPONS ON YOU. How well do you think the little missile seeker will do against a stealth plane when the big systems on the mothership have problems finding it?
It was an SA-3 BTW, shot balistiacally at close range that took out the F_117 because THEY KNEW WHERE IT WAS GOING TO BE since it always flew the same route.
That's not why the 117 was retired. It was retired because new aircraft have greater combat capability.

A) The Su-30, 33, 35 [actually all 27s] use the IRST [incorporating a laser rangefinder, is more accurate than radar] to engage during dogfight. No issue for Sukhoi.
No issue if the see the F-22 coming. It is likely they will be shot before they see it coming. Stealth gives huge initiative, and IRST isn't going to take that away, wether you like that or not. Have you noticed that radar isn't going out of style yet?

A) Typical to use 2 (two) Fox shots per target.
Incorrect. It is typical to fire one shot, see if it is guiding, then see if it hits. If it isn't guiding, or if it doesn't hit, only then do you launch another.
Multiple missile launches are Russian doctrine, because their missile Pk is worse. Not US doctrine.

Also 1 missile on each [likely an AIM-120] F-22 will have a mechanical issue or just not guide.
How do you know that? AMRAAM is a highly reliable weapon. Where's your source? I prefer to assume all missile on a plane will work, US or Russian.

This is typical for all air-air missiles regardless of builder or country of origin. In addition F-22 drivers will be chatting away on their radios calling out the “fox” # then “pit-bull”...not good for steathiness. The Europeans are ditching the "long-range" version of the AIM-120 for the Meteor [?!!]
Actually no one cares about the radio chatter because it won't be picked up - it's a bursted emission that gives you little to nothing ... IIRC anyway.
And yes, the METEOR will have much higher range if it is all its cracked up to be ... which doesn't matter when your missile range is useless because it can't track the stealthy target.
The AMRAAM is still a very viable, very deadly air to air weapon - it is currently, probably the most successful medium range air to air missile in the world, and likely the most advanced.
And while the Europeans might be preferring the meteor - you can bet you'll see a really 'long range' AMRAAM at some point in time, since it is also the most developed/often updated/redesigned missile around.

That's not what I heard.

I heard the F-22 drivers rarely talk. Everything is linked through datalink. Every man in the formation knows exactly what weapon complement is on every single ship and who's going after which target. No need to talk any more. In the words of one pilot, "it's eerie."

That's true. I've seen and heard what happens when Raptors fight Vipers, even when the F-16s have GCI support (havent flown an E-3 mission with F-22s yet, sadly). The Vipers spend a lot of time asking GCI for help, then they spend a little bit of time dying, then they spend a lot of time asking GCI for help again. And on the other radio...there's nothing except "splash" or "kill" calls.
