i think so...they'r gonna upgrade their existing Su-27 to Su-30 MK standards...i'm not sure what kind of customization China did to their Su's.

But i think RuAF wud be the last to get those upgraded Su's. After PLAAF, InAF, RMAF (?).

I like the MIG-25 personaly it has great speed and manuvering capabilitys a worthy foe for the F-16. I wonder how it would match up against a F-22 it would be an interesting fight. of course thats just me.

Israel has shot down MiG-25's with F-4's, Kfir's, and F-15's.

I think the coolest Russian jet is the SU-27 or the SU-33.

I think the Russian An-124's are so cool one landed in our capital in june and then again in july. They are some big planes. :!:

Only IDF/AF F-15s have shot down MiG-25s in the IDF/AF the F-4E missed with its AIM-7Es and the Kfir never tried.

Actually a USAF F-16D shot one down. And the MiG-25 does not and can not dogfight.

The MiG-25 can hit Mach 3, but they burn out their engines in the process.

Let's see here....in no particular order

1. Su-27 Flanker (and all it's various guises)
2. Panavia Tornado
3. Mi-24 Hind E
4. Tu-22M Backfire

Hard to think of others that are really "favorites" although I must say that the Mil Mi-28 Havoc has to be the ugliest helo I have EVER seen. *Gag*

LOL, your trying to compared the Mig-25 and the F/A-22, what a joke.

The F/A-22 in tests against the Su-27SK scored a kill to death ratio of 12 to 1 and a kill to death ratio of 10 to 1 against the Su-30MKK. The only thing that comes remotly close to this is the Eurofighter which has a kill to death ratio against the Su-30 of 4 to 1.

The Mig-25 couldn't beat an F-16C Block 50 or above it would get slaughtered.
