Thanks, but just like every explanation of Neocon I've seen, it isn't definitive. It uses the word "most" way too often, "Most neocons" and that's useless.
The only thing it says definitively is: "Neoconservatives believe modern threats facing the US can no longer be reliably contained and therefore must be prevented, sometimes through preemptive military action." Yet I have never advocated anything truly preemptive.
