How to receive no emails from WAB?

I would like to receive no emails from WAB. Is this possible? I can't find anything on settings and there are no instructions on the emails I receive as to how to unsubscribe.

Could you be a bit more specific? I already found "My Settings > My Account > General Settings" and unselected the two boxes in "messaging and notification." And yet I'm still getting emails. Am I missing something somewhere else?
