Hi everyone

I stumbled upon this site whilst looking for some info. and it seems like a really interesting place with some very knowledgeable people.

I had an avid interest in military aviation in my younger days and studied aeronautical engineering at college; but real life sort of threw a spanner in the works, as it has a tendancy to do, and I moved away from aviation and now work in IT.

I'm far more of a lurker than a poster but look forward to reading a lot of very interesting and fascinating threads.
