There are a few odd opened Dalhwinnies and Glenlivet but I prefer the stronger more peaty scotch though I am in the mood for a smooth finish a few times.
How the hell d,ya keep a bottle of scotch for 15 years

Welcome. I'm a lowly red-leg but my daddy retired as a Cav MSG. Saw Texas (B.B.Q.-ate some incredible at a small place near TCU in Ft. Worth), fender strat, and KNEW you be in de blues. Listening to some Buddy Guy myself just now.

Uh, what's a Texas blues tanker doin' not celebrating the virtues of Bourbon and Sour Mash?

S-2,

Now no one ever said that I was immune from the virtues of a good Bourbon. I am a fan of the gold seal Maker's Mark, single barrel Jack Daniels and even had a surprisingly nice Evan Williams Distillers Reserve.

In a smoky blues joint, I prefer a cold beer. A) Because there is enough to quench my thirst and B) because I can't play for crap when I am smashed.

All this talk of booze and blues brings back very fuzzy memories.

Geeze, all your talk of good bourbon and easy scotch has this university student feeling like a second class citizen with my Pilsner and cheap hi-balls.

Welcome to the board! Did I see correctly that you were in 1-24 IN?
