Dorftottel - you will get along much better here if you realize your place in the realm of the WAB and stop acting like you have your head up your a$$. That being said, you are the one who needs a lesson - should most assuredly find it crammed down your throat in no time.

Have y'all met my friend, the most well-grounded, no-nonsense shaper-of-impressionable n00bs at the WAB?
Usually, I am the one that holds the n00bie-hammer. I think I'll take a sit-down and let somebody with some really excellent technique show me some new (and beautifully brutal) killing strokes that I may use in my repertoire.

Web Log Standard Operating Procedures
I am proud to join you in this forum of diplomatic exchanges. My hope is that I shall have ample opportunities to learn from your important work here, which I am delighted to have now joined as a fellow student. In order to more perfectly achieve harmonious learning etiquette here I promise to observe the strictest codes of gentlemanly deportment & civil diplomacy as by supreme law & universal jurisdiction established and after the tradition of the Treaty of Westphalia, the Congress of Vienna and the ancient codes diplomatique.
-public identity: with pride for my work I use my own name not a callsign, handle or code name, taking full responsibility, unashamedly owning my opinion & ever presuming the company of professionals. -English English: I typically use "The Queen's English" due to my belief that there should rightly be only one English and that the perversion of the same would lead, and indeed is leading presently to Urbonical Idiocy. I do value lingustic purity and attempt to practise it. -proper citation: I endeavour to give proper credit where due, all facts are cited unless previously checked against two independent sources. -solutions not problems; In a positive manner I attempt to see answers to the most pressing questions of our day, providing leadership not argument. -ecclesial, civil & governmental professionalism: I refuse to involve myself in the political pettiness which has become the hallmark of our generation. Instead I promise thoughtfully refined civil exchange here. -political endorsement: with the caveat that I am politically moderate, I here will refrain from endorsement or advocacy of individual candidates in races. -full disclosure; I will publish any possible conflict of interests or prejudices on respective subjects the which I may or may not have.

Return to the Blogosphere
I have chosen to come out of retirement due to an outstanding impression that I will have a great opportunity to learn here. My purpose here is more involved with bettering myself than with showing up others as such I know I will enjoy my infrequent visits here and I shant be one of the Board with too much criticism to give, feeling myself generally unfitted to the such.
Some may be acquainted with my previous work in this sphere at Liberty Post, Liberty Forum, Free Republic, Speak Easy, Liberty's Flame, Christian Alliance for Progress, Defense Tech, and elsewhere. In the sphere of the offline world I've been blessed to participate in journalistic work with some excellent people. I presently edit the South Vineland Times, pro bono, published by and available at our parish in addition to having multiple literary projects in various stages of development. In addition to the profile listed information you will be interested to know that I presently work for a family owned and operated restoration firm, am a Cavalry Officer, landlord, planter, church warden, family man & fraternal man, & a frequent volunteer to many charitable efforts within our community and the world at large. You wont see many details as I see less benefit in self-praise than in self-improvement. Aside from being enrolled at studies here with you good people I also presently study with the University of Mounted Warfare, and am preparing for an executive MBA programme of study. Also, I have a love of horses, architechture & history. My favorite activities include running, golf, football, swimming, chess and particularly reading. I've recently begun studying more original source and alternate vantage history of the English & American centuries which I find thorougly enjoyable. I look forward to benefitting from the knowledge of some of the experts here from whom I will gain much. |

Thank You, Mr. Bailey. While your subject matters are still somewhat confusing, at least now I can understand what you are trying to say. Please continue to make your points precise and clear. As a military man, you must have been exposed to and understand the need for accurate and unclouded language. This forum is dominated by military men who continues that tradition.
