WOW, now HERE is a voice from the past!

Welcome, and there's still a few of the BF refugees still around here.

And dig it: An ole Texan myself, I just moved to Vacaville. Four-year countdown has begun, then off to wherever the Air Force sends my wife, the super-smart, super-hawt Capt Bluesman.

PM me, and we'll see if we can get a meet-in-the-middle thang set up before you scarper off back to Texas.

Well, what does one expect from anybody from Cornwall. Anybody who calls a strip of land hanging by its fingernails desperately trying to heave themself out of the Irish Sea into the South of the gastrnome hell as home would be expected to have that attitude......

Will do......

As for scarpering back to Texas, that will be some time before that. Got into the "start up" thing in the Valley, and the timetable for this one either hitting the wall or "going to the moon" is still several years.....

I'll PM you with my info.

Oh, you like exchanging stories eh? Well, a few years ago I was going to buy a Piper Cub - you know the thing, a single engined 2 seat tail dragger. Then I was told its nickname, the 'Texan Troop Carrier'. I asked how it got its nickname as it would have needed a pilot in the front leaving only one other seat and was told "Oh, thats easy. Just kick the bullsh1t out of them and a company will fit in no problem".
