Welcome and please make yourself known - great screen name by the way. Makes me think of sweet corn that is chunky blocked. That may not have been your intent however. An ear of corn can be blocked well with fat kernals or with slim kernals but the blocking determines the quality. You know, it really doesn't matter what I say after this point really. The hole has been dug, just step around it.

Hi Debbie, thanks for the compliment on the name. I come from Cornwall in the UK (Cornish) and the other bit can wait LOL. I am John and served for 24 years in the British Army (Heavy Armour). Once you start digging a hole, throw away the shovel.

    welcome, cornishchunky
The human mind cannot grasp the causes of phenomena in the aggregate. But the need to find these causes is inherent in man’s soul. And the human intellect, without investigating the multiplicity and complexity of the conditions of phenomena, any one of which taken separately may seem to be the cause, snatches at the first, the most intelligible approximation to a cause, and says: “This is the cause!"

Speak your piece with utter assurance that it will be challenged, embraced or met with total indifference. IMO, this is the premier world affairs discussion boards on the net. Not that we're always serious, are we, glyn? Welcome and enjoy.
