Hello there,

I have already posted a few times but though it was time to actually say hello.

HELLO!

As for me, my name is Danny, use the tag VarSity (after both WW2 operation Varsity and my local pub).

Im currently studying Computer game design (well actually im doing the foundation year art before I get to do that but its apples and oranges really) and have a keen interest in history. Mainly Cold War and Greek history (No Frank Millers 300 is not historically acurate, but does anyone really care?)

I don't have alot of first hand military knowledge, got a few members of my family who have served (UK armed forces, mainly RAF) but mainly just got what I read in books, so most of my opinions are more or a political standpoint I.E I don't see the point of the F-22 because its far to expensive, (that's the best example I could come up with, and its fairly weak I know)

Anyway, hello...

Glad to hear that 300 was historically incorrect, cos it was crap, wlcome Varsity, and enjoy, word of warning some of these guys are a bit long winded, too many greens don`t ya know, no names, no pack drill, as we used to say
