Hi!

Well, I am also new... (why else sould I introduce myself?!?)

I came from the same Forum PaulG was at and well, I guess I will also shift my political or current events (and maybe later all) discussion to this one.

Just shortly about myself: I am a 19 year old High School student from Germany, live in a small village just 5 km from Berlin. Many people say I am left wing and so I am, and I hope my signature is not against froum guidelines

I hope we'll get on well with each other *emphasis*

Left wingers are certainly most welcome. It helps to balance the many "righties" here. Also being from Germany will help diversify the Board which is most welcome. Enjoy.

You could post the schwastika in full blaze of Nazi glory for all we care. Granted, it would most likely be considered in poor taste and you would most likely be rediculed, but it is also your right to do so (at least in the US).

Welcome.

Oops, just reread and discovered I had misread the post. My personal favorite bumper sticker is:

"God?! Please save me from your followers."

No it's not their right to do so, the owners of this board would be well within their rights to ban them or whomever they please.

It is within their right to do so, it's also within the owners' and admin powers to edit it and/or ban the user. However, I see nothing in the forum rules forbidding it.

Therefor, as Mills Lane would say:

"I'LL ALLOW IT!"

Hi Felix.

On the swastika discussion, iv'e always found it good that those who admire it in a way that they want to display it do so. At least you know what your dealing with, if they didn't show it you may mistake them for someone with a smidgen of intelligence.

While we're on the topic of swastikas, just curious do the Finns still use it?

Speedy, I think they use roundels on both AFVs and Aircraft now days.

Basically an outer white ring, a light blue middle ring, and a small central white circle?

Of course some Uber-Finn can set us straight I guess?

Hi Felix, welcome.

"...and what I'm frightened off, is that they call it God's love... " - I like it. My favourite oxymoron, however, is: God, in his infinite mercy.
