Intro hello from The Real Truth
Hello fellow Americans and politico's. I'm Steve and I just registered. It's the first time I've joined a political oriented discussion forum. I think it's become more important, and I will be spreading the word to others about this site.
I write a column called 'The Real Truth' - thus my moniker here of 'RT1'. I prefer not to mention the publication, so that I might feel more free to express myself on the hard edges when compelled to, without unwanted ramifications for my writing endeavors. For any friends or whomever that knows me, I'd appreciate keeping that mum. At least for now. Thanks. I'm a moderate who leans to the left on many issues. That's especially true concerning unfair power/wealth balances and oppression. I lean to the right on some issues. ... So, as the ol' football cheering section used to yell, back in the day - "Lean to the left, lean to the right, stand up, sit down, fight fight fight". Steve |

Welcome.
Nothing wrong in lean to the left, lean to the right. But in the final position one should be equipoised! ![]()
