S-2 Intro
My apologies. I've posted a wee tad before actually introducing myself.
Prior service as a field artillery officer with the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, and Oregon Army National Guard. Twelve years total. A variety of interesting and (occasionally) not so interesting assignments. I've a B.A. with a double major in History and Political Science from the Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.M. from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. A deep abiding interest in most things military. Love my Badgers, Green Bay Packers, and trout. This board seems loaded with bright and thoughtful contributors. I look forward to learning and sharing my thoughts. |

"Trout? I would have thought you a Bass man. Looking forward to more of your words.
Ah, yes sir, I did begin my pursuit of finny friends on the lakes of southern Wisconsin which DO offer surprisingly excellent large-mouth bass fishing. I really learned to enjoy the outdoors, though, wandering the coulee country of southwestern Wisconsin and fishing it's ignored but incredible spring creeks for browns and brookies. Central Oregon has an abundance of similar opportunities with four excellent streams within 30miles of my flyrod. Thank you both for the welcome. Your board has already proved most interesting with an excellent mix of incredibly bright people. |

S-2,
Welcome aboard. I'm glad to see you gracing the boards here at WAB - I see that you already used the links I sent you for SP.com. Check your email - I'll send the links I used on a post there that didn't come out in the post. Shek

Good to see those GSR fires I requested were approved
I'm an all-weather, flexible, precision deep-fires system. The King of Battle- never held in reserve, is available "on call" particularly in support of my fellow cannoneers! |
