The Moderator who clipped Il Duce’s wings should be reported to the relevant environmental agency.
After all an honest to goodness live self proclaimed fascist is a member of an endangered species on par with a self-proclaimed Stalinist, and therefore should be nurtured and protected in a zoo with other curiosities.
