Greetings, Salutations even
Just decided to delurk. I'm a musician by trade working in the southeastern US (best job in the world except for the catch-22 of getting to drink free beer on the job but not being able to get a good buzz cause you'll screw up playing).

Anyway I've been interested in military tech ever since college (87), when, as a student at MTSU, I got a chance to shoot one of the early Barretts.

That's why you work out a deal to not play all night long, at least it was part of the usual contractual obligation by a now disbanded group that used to perform as parties. The band called themselves "free beer"...pretty much explains their performance fee and short term goal after playing a gig.
