Dead thread resurrection!

Feanor, I finally dug my T-34 reference book up from the wastes of my shelves and did some more research. Apparently:

The mythology that the T-34 lacked radios was partially true to the extend that the transmitters were exclusive to the platoon leader. Other tanks in the company possessed only recievers, which means they could recieve orders but could not report back on what they saw or the situation they were in. This is a major draw back to an otherwise excellent tank, but with the exception of the desperate battles of '41 there was no radio shortage.
