I believe every single word in this sentence from this man. The truth is Iran has reached a point of no return now. They will go for broke all the way now unless they are forcibly stopped.

Also as many have extensively explored the Iranian issue, i don't think Iran will be an easy walk over. If Iran will be stopped, if at all, someone will just have to grit his/her teeth and act.

It depends on how you look at it. If the U.S. wanted to, and didn't have no respect for life...........Iran would be rolled right over.
As everyone knows, the U.S. tries to make sure that collateral damage is as low a possible which draws the war out longer.

Who said Iran would be invaded (and occupied?) like Iraq?

Except that Iran is not tweaking the tail of a 2nd-3rd World military, now are they?

They are directly confronting the West (i.e. most of the NATO membership)

In addition, they are showing off their conventional "might". Not a good idea to confront nations like the U.S., Great Britain, France, Germany etc. with conventional military power.

The United States may not have done a super-duper job in Iraq when it came to occupying and securing it, but it blasted through it's conventional forces (not once, but twice) like a combine through a wheat field.

Bragging about your converntional military "might" in this context is just plain propaganda for your own citizens. Not much more than that.

AGAINST VASTLY INSUPERIOR ARMOUR AND TROOPS , THE USA AND U/K HAD NO PROBLEMS , BUT THE INSURGENCY IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT KETTLE OF FISH .but by all reports we are coming through , fingers crossed

Very relevant, actually. How many of those regional opponents are going to face Iran all by their lonesome selves?
