2 Pakistanis beheaded in Saudi Arabia

RIYADH (AFP) - Two Pakistanis convicted of drug trafficking were beheaded in the western Saudi city of Jeddah Sunday, the interior ministry said.
Mohammad bin Abbas bin Mohammad Ali and Shafkat bin Saghir Ahmad Bahti, alias Ershad Rashid Bahti, were sentenced to death after being found guilty of trying to smuggle heroin into the country in their stomachs, said a ministry statement carried by the official SPA news agency.
The executions brought to 12 the number of beheadings announced by Saudi authorities so far this year.
Thirty-five people were beheaded in Saudi Arabia in 2004, according to an AFP tally based on official statements.
Executions are generally carried out in public in the conservative kingdom, which applies a strict form of sharia, or Islamic law. The death penalty is meted out for murder, rape, apostasy, armed robbery and drug trafficking.

Execellent news, its always great when justice prevails.

Its a shame they didn't burn the Indian like the other guy, that would have been more appropriate.

Unlike you, I would not gloat.

Just law is important, but to gloat over a cruel way to administer justice shows the depth to which one's mind and psyche functions.

Now, I understand the irrational burning hate that the terrorists have been taught by their mullahs to possess. It is possible for the Mullahs to brainwash, since it is totally without emancipation and without a modicum of societal decorum and dignity for life.

Psychopaths moving freely on the streets misusing democracy is a danger to society at large.
